Cancellation Policy:

Reservation must be cancelled by 4PM, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of first night room and tax.
 

Standard Deposit Policy:

First Night room & tax.
 

Additional Deposit Policy:

Additional $50 deposit (refundable) required at check in- (Debit and Prepaid credit cards not accepted)
 

Pet Policy:

Orangewood Inn & Suites Austin Midtown is a pet-free hotel; in case a pet or evidence of pet is found in the guest rooms, a nonrefundable clean-up fee of $100.00 plus tax will incur on guest's credit card by the hotel.
 

Smoking policy:

Orangewood Inn & Suites Austin Midtown is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in the guest rooms, or allowing others to smoke in the guest rooms, will result in a fine of $150 plus applicable taxes. The registered guest will be liable to pay the fine and any additional cost to the hotel in treating the affected rooms.
